Ostra phases B1 and B2 in the August 2026 update

Near the end of Emaar’s construction film, the captions identify Ostra Palace Phase 3 B1 at 12.11% and Phase 3 B2 at 10.69%. The opening title dates the update to August 2026. The sales team’s later sharing date, 15 October, does not turn those historical figures into an October progress report.

The two percentages describe separate subdivisions; neither is a project-wide completion rate or proof of an individual villa’s condition.
