Enquiry fields and direct contact
Website enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by PGI. The record contains your name, contact details, message, page language and relevant property or article reference so the team can respond and track your request. Google processes the spreadsheet data and Cloudflare processes the website submission. These forms do not send your request to the CRM. The separate WhatsApp button lets you choose whether to send a message through WhatsApp. Do not include sensitive documents in your enquiry. Google.
Country selection and browser preferences
When the enquiry panel uses automatic country selection, your browser contacts country.is to estimate your country from your IP address. The request does not include your name, phone number or enquiry message. You can change the suggested country manually.
The country code and a timestamp may be kept temporarily in this browser tab’s session storage. The lookup cache can be reused for 15 minutes. Your selected display currency is stored separately in local storage for later visits. Neither stored preference includes enquiry form fields.
Website delivery
This website is delivered through Cloudflare and Vercel. Page requests provide those services with technical information such as your IP address and browser request details. External services have their own privacy practices.
