About the project

MIRDAD 2 is the second tower by Union Properties, located in Motor City. The complex consists of four towers united by a shared podium. The second tower includes two basement levels, a ground level, a podium level, and thirty-one residential floors. The building is designed in a modern architectural style and, together with the shared podium, forms a cohesive architectural ensemble. Spacious terraces and landscaped areas create a sense of lightness and open space.

MIRDAD 2 offers apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms, as well as lofts with one and three bedrooms. The interiors are designed in a minimalist style using warm natural tones, wood, and stone.
