Tierra construction footage — August 2026 reference

The opening title of this Emaar film identifies the construction update as August 2026, although the sales team shared it on 15 October. Its Tierra sequences label Phase 3 A1 at 6.69% and Phase 3 A2 at 7.68%. These are the film’s figures for those subdivisions and that reference period, not a combined percentage for Tierra or a statement of today’s progress.

The 93-second film also covers Palmiera, Mirage, Lavita, Ostra and Phase 1 facilities. Read each on-screen label with its own footage: progress shown elsewhere in The Oasis does not describe a Tierra home. The final architectural rendering illustrates the intended setting.
