About the project

Damac Islands – Bora Bora 4 is a cluster within the large-scale Damac Islands development by DAMAC Properties. The project is inspired by the atmosphere of tropical islands and brings together several themed clusters, including Bora Bora, creating a resort-style environment with water canals and landscaped areas. The architecture is designed in a contemporary style with an emphasis on horizontal lines, a light color palette, and integration with the natural surroundings.

The cluster features townhouses with four and five bedrooms and villas with six and seven bedrooms. Interiors are designed in a contemporary aesthetic with a focus on a light, warm color palette and natural materials. The spaces are defined by thoughtful layouts and soft geometry, creating a sense of openness and visual lightness. Finishes include stone, textured surfaces, and decorative panels, complemented by soft lighting.
