About the project
Lunaya is a villa community by Zaya in partnership with FIVE Holdings, located in Jebel Ali on Sheikh Zayed Road. The project is shaped around nature, water and open-air living, with a walkable master plan, moving waterways and a swimmable lagoon.
The architecture is inspired by the rhythm and softness of the moon, with curved forms, outdoor façades combine textured white clay with wood-inspired louvers, creating a minimal yet warm and elegant appearance.
The collection includes four types of villas — Bloom, Rise, Dune and Sol, offering four-bedroom and five-bedroom layouts. All villa types include a maid’s room, storage, laundry area and elevator, while Dune and Sol residences also feature swimming pools integrated into the landscape.
