About the project

Ashjar is a residential apartment complex by developer Al Barari in the prestigious eco‑community of Al Barari. The low-rise buildings of the complex are organically integrated into the surrounding natural landscape.

The architecture of Ashjar embodies a concise modern style that emphasizes harmony with the environment. Large panoramic windows fill the spaces with light and offer picturesque views of the green gardens, and the facades are complemented by exquisite elements made of natural materials in a restrained palette of natural shades.

Ashjar Apartments are presented in three unique styles — "Extrovert", "Introvert" and "Cube" — and offer thoughtful layouts with 1-3 bedrooms. The interiors are made using premium finishing materials of Italian and German production.
