About the project

The Weave is a residential project by Al Ghurair, located in the Jumeirah Village Circle area. The concept is inspired by the idea of “interweaving” tradition and modernity, where architecture reflects both cultural heritage and contemporary urban trends.

The building comprises a ground floor, five podium levels, thirteen residential floors, and a rooftop. The façade features expressive sculptural forms: interlacing balconies and angular compositions are inspired by traditional palm leaf weaving, highlighting a connection to the natural materials of the Middle East. Flowing lines and carefully considered geometry create a dynamic and memorable silhouette.

The project offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom residences with a maid’s room. Interiors are designed in a neutral palette with an emphasis on calmness and natural elements. Natural textures and carefully selected materials create a harmonious and balanced atmosphere.

The rooftop features a residents’ club with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, ice plunge pool, and sauna. It also includes a gym, a yoga area, a cinema, a barbecue area, and a lounge space for socializing and relaxation.

Key infrastructure and leisure destinations are located nearby, including Circle Mall, Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai Sports City, Dubai Autodrome, Dubai Miracle Garden, Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, Jebel Ali Racecourse, and Emirates Hills Golf Club.
