About the project

Avenew 888 - Loom is the second of three phases of a vibrant residential complex from developer AVENEW Development, featuring three residential buildings, B, C and F, organically integrated into the overall concept. Each building comprises a ground floor, two podium levels, and ten residential floors. The buildings' exteriors feature a modular design with a dynamic façade grid, where architectural elements gradually taper off toward the upper levels, creating a sense of lightness and visual movement.
