About the project
Ice Beach is a beachfront residential complex by Major Development, located in Ras Al Khaimah. The concept of the project is inspired by the theme of ice and crystalline purity, creating a distinctive living environment by the sea. The building consists of two basement levels, a lower podium level, a ground floor, an upper podium level, fourteen residential floors, and a roof.
The architecture of Ice Beach is based on the Ice Cube concept and incorporates innovative façade technologies. Panoramic glazing and high-transparency media façades create an “ice glow” effect, while dynamic lighting highlights the sculptural forms of the building.
The interiors feature sculpted glass elements, light tones and crystalline accents. The spaces are defined by visual lightness, clarity and panoramic views of the coastline. The design combines elegance, contemporary materials and the atmosphere of a premium resort.
