About the project

SHAHRUKHZ by Danube is an office skyscraper by Danube Group, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The architecture is defined by a dynamic silhouette, panoramic glazing and a strong emphasis on the prestige of the arrival experience, including a double-height lobby with a distinctive spatial design.

The project offers office spaces in various formats, catering to companies of different scales — from compact offices to large representative workspaces. Layout options include executive cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas and relaxation zones, depending on the selected office format.

The building’s infrastructure is designed with a focus on comfort, productivity and service. The complex features a wide range of amenities distributed across multiple levels, including lounge spaces, a fitness zone, meeting and event halls, prayer halls, sports and recreational areas, as well as a helipad.
