Meraas’s sales offer generated on 6 October 2026 and shared on 7 October lists three specific Tower A apartments. The Edit-A-107 has two bedrooms, a quoted saleable area of 1,330 sq ft and a selling price of AED 4,351,000. The other two-bedroom reference, The Edit-A-204, is listed at 1,266 sq ft and AED 4,146,000. The five-bedroom The Edit-A-3001 is quoted at 9,399 sq ft and AED 34,050,000.

The offer separates internal and balcony areas. For A-107 they are 1,271 and 59 sq ft; for A-204, 1,207 and 59 sq ft. For A-3001, the reported internal area is 4,875 sq ft and balcony area 4,524 sq ft. Its much larger saleable total therefore should not be read as entirely enclosed living space. Each of these three offer schedules assigns 75% to instalments before the final construction milestone and 25% to 100% construction completion, dated 15 August 2030 in that offer. The date belongs to the quoted payment schedule; it is not evidence of completed construction or a guaranteed handover appointment. The dated quotations do not establish current stock, and the final contract must confirm the selected apartment’s price and payment dates.
