Sunset Bay Grand: six numbered apartments in the 17 October list

The two one-bedroom entries, 701 and 1011, are described by Imtiaz’s sales team as pool-facing. Among the four two-bedroom entries, 105 and 207 are labelled boulevard-facing, while 101 and 102 are labelled canal-facing. The distinction is specific to these apartments, not a project-wide view guarantee.

The sheet states December 2027 as the target completion month for Sunset Bay Grand. Imtiaz’s project page gives the broader period Q4 2027. Neither source establishes an exact handover day or confirms that the building is already complete.

These six entries come from the list dated 17 October 2026. They are not a count of all remaining homes, and their continued availability has not been independently confirmed. Existing catalogue prices and unit records have not been replaced by this update.
