About the project

DISTRICT 11 is a modern business center by developer Al Marwan Developments, comprising eleven uniquely designed buildings in one of the most progressive areas of central Sharjah. The project was developed using artificial intelligence — the first such solution in the UAE.

The buildings include three basement levels, a ground floor, and nine office floors.
