About the project

Golf Greens 2A is a project by DAMAC Properties located in DAMAC Hills, representing the first tower of the Golf Greens 2 complex. The concept is based on combining residential living with the district’s natural landscape and panoramic views of the golf course. The tower includes a ground floor, three podium levels, thirty-one residential floors, and a rooftop level.

The architectural design of the tower is defined by expansive glass surfaces, projecting terraces, and a layered façade composition. This approach allows the building to connect with the surrounding green spaces while offering golf course views from most residences.

The project features one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two- and three-bedroom townhouses. Living spaces are designed in a contemporary aesthetic with an emphasis on spaciousness, natural light, and the use of natural materials. Light tones and understated design details create a calm and comfortable residential atmosphere.

The complex infrastructure combines opportunities for sports, outdoor recreation, and family leisure, including infinity pools, a golf club, Malibu Bay with a wave pool, jogging tracks, sports courts, fishing lakes, a skate park, and picnic areas.
