About the project

Bayfront Marina Residences is a project by Sobha, located on Siniya Island, consisting of three towers with a ground level and seven to nine residential floors, offering apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms. The buildings are set along the waterfront and designed in a contemporary style, featuring light-toned façades and wide balconies with views of the natural surroundings.

The architecture emphasizes lightness and openness: glass façades, flowing lines, and abundant natural light create a strong connection with nature.
