About the project

The Cove 2 is the second phase of a development by Emaar Properties, located in Dubai Creek Harbour. The complex comprises Buildings 4–11, some of which feature distinctive architectural concepts. Towers 4, 6, and 9 consist of two basement levels, a ground floor, and 7 to 22 residential floors. Towers 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11, situated closer to the waterfront, feature two open levels, a ground floor, and 7 to 8 residential floors.
