About the project

One Crescent is an elite residential complex from the developer AHS Properties, located on the largest artificial island in the world – Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. This island, located in the Persian Gulf, is shaped like a palm tree and offers a unique lifestyle combining luxury, privacy and comfort.
