About the project

Gardenia Bay is a waterfront development on Yas Island that features a collection of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Phase A comprises 16 buildings from 5 to 9 storeys, while Phase B comprises 9 buildings from 6 to 9 storeys. The buildings feature a contemporary design, focused on maximising shading and reducing heat load. The project places great emphasis on landscaping and plant selection. Residences are available in two colour options: dark or light. Laminate, porcelain tiles and paint are used in the finishing. The contemporary design is complemented by balconies and panoramic windows with views of the community or canal.
