About the project

Society House is a residential skyscraper developed by Invest Group Overseas and presented by Evolutions, located in the Downtown Dubai district. The building consists of a ground floor, a mezzanine, three podium levels, forty-eight residential floors, and a roof. The tower creates a striking silhouette in the district, standing out with its dynamic architecture featuring curved façade lines and integrated vertical gardens, creating a sense of a private oasis in the heart of the metropolis.

Society House offers studios and residences with one, two, and three bedrooms, as well as two-level residences with two bedrooms. The interiors focus on premium materials and thoughtful aesthetics: natural marble, exquisite metallic accents, warm textures, and panoramic windows create a stylish and comfortable living space in the heart of the city.

The complex features a 25-meter pool, a fitness studio, an CrossFit area, a paddle court, a private cinema, a resident lounge, a golf simulator, serviced office spaces, and meeting rooms, as well as a children's playground and a panoramic terrace with a relaxation area.
