About the project

Capital Bay is a project by DAMAC Properties located in the Business Bay district. The development consists of two towers. Tower A includes two basement levels, a ground floor, one podium level, and seventeen residential floors. Tower B includes two basement levels, a ground floor, one podium level, an amenities floor, and sixteen residential floors.

The exterior is designed in a contemporary architectural style with an emphasis on geometric façade forms and contrasting volumes. Panoramic glazing, open terraces, and expressive architectural lines create a modern and dynamic appearance for the complex.
