The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel & Residences is a luxury project from developer ALMAL on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

The design of the hotel harmoniously combines with the seascape, combining architecture and nature. The concept is based on the effects created by sound waves on various media. The exterior and interiors are decorated with elements reflecting these mesmerizing shapes. During the day, bright colors dominate, and with the onset of night, the space is transformed with the help of dynamic lighting and LED arches. The building includes a ground floor, 8 residential levels and a roof with amenities.

The complex has 422 fully furnished residences, each of which will provide unparalleled comfort.
