DAMAC "Elo"

About the project

Elo is a project by DAMAC Properties in Damac Hills 2, representing the first building of the development. The concept of the complex is inspired by the community’s natural surroundings and is designed to create a harmonious living environment with open green spaces. The building includes a ground floor, a podium level, and fourteen residential floors.

The architecture of the complex is defined by a combination of soft façade geometry, extended balcony lines, and panoramic glazing. Thanks to its multi-level composition, the building achieves a sense of visual lightness while creating a distinctive architectural accent within the surrounding landscape.

The project features one- and two-bedroom apartments. Interiors are designed in a contemporary style with an emphasis on open-plan layouts, natural materials, and a harmonious combination of light and nature-inspired tones.

Residents benefit from infrastructure designed for leisure and an active lifestyle, including a swimming pool with a swim-up bar, a fitness center, a climbing wall, an outdoor cinema, children's play areas, barbecue zones, and landscaped communal spaces for recreation.
