Fleurs de Jardin brings 19 five-bedroom villas into a 25-residence development in District 11, Meydan. AMIS presents the project as designed by Jacob & Co.; the other six residences are mansions, a separate collection that the developer currently marks as sold out.

The villa layout extends over a basement, ground floor and two upper floors, connected by a private elevator. The illustrated ground floor places the living and dining areas beside the garden and pool, with separate rooms for a driver and domestic staff. Upstairs, bedrooms and family space are arranged across the first and second floors.

The brochure’s sample plan shows a total floor area of 9,635.84 sq ft and a separate plot of 6,258.88 sq ft. These figures describe the illustrated plan, not every villa. The factsheet also lists Type 1S at 9,740 sq ft; the matching plan and exact available plot should be checked before choosing between the types.

A clubhouse with a fitness studio, a community lagoon and a children’s play area form part of the planned shared facilities. The private villa pool is separate from these amenities. Rendered interiors, furniture and landscaping illustrate the design; the sale agreement and approved specifications determine what is included.
