The Tides is a residential complex by AMIS Development, located on Dubai Islands. The project consists of a single building that includes a ground floor, two podium levels, eight residential floors and a roof. The complex features fully furnished residences with a focus on contemporary architecture. The exterior is defined by horizontal lines, wide balconies and panoramic glazing.

The project offers apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, with different layouts, including a study room and a maid's room, while on a ground floor there are three storey townhouses with 4 bedrooms.
