Princess Tower is a 101-storey impressive residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina, Dubai, designed by Tameer Holding. The architectural consultant was Adnan Saffarini of England.

Princess Tower is an outstanding engineering and architectural structure. The tower features an elegant modern design with a spire and dome at the top, giving it a majestic appearance. The development contains a total of 763 units, which include 1 to 3 bedroom flats as well as penthouses and duplexes. The apartments feature modern interiors and high quality appliances and sanitaryware. The flats on the upper floors have a wind detection system that automatically locks the sliding doors to prevent access to the balcony in high winds.

Residents have access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, billiard room, table tennis courts, electronic games room and a children's room. On the ground floor of the tower are retail shops where you can buy everything from groceries to fashionable clothes.
