La Mer By Elie Saab is a luxury residential complex presented by OCTA Properties, located on the coast of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The developer is ARTE Developments in collaboration with the Elie Saab brand. The residential complex consists of three interconnected high-rise towers (Isles), with a common basement parking level.
